This site is intended to install traditional eastern values, techniques and theories as passed down from generations of martial arts masters. 20th February 2010 - Chinese New Year Martial Arts Show 2010
After the success of our 2009 Chinese New Year Show. We will be again holding what is becoming our annual martial arts show to celebrate the Chinese New Year. This year we will be welcoming in the 'Year of the Tiger' in style. With a martial arts extravaganza including traditional Lion Dance and demonstrations from Bob Fermor and his Guan Yu Demonstration Team, Gunter Bauer (Close Quarter Combat), Jo Biggs (Sacred Spring), Christian Birch (Sun Style Tai Chi), Kevin Silous's Namaste Yoga Display Team, John Hurley's Karate Demo Team, Sacred Spring under 9 Squad Team, Yagyu Shingen Ryu UK Study Group and Julie Williams (Sacred Spring Wales). The show will be held at the Jim McDonald Centre Sports Hall from 7pm onwards.
The event is open to students, family and friends. Tickets are £5 each. Boo and his Thai Noodle van will be on site, so hot food will be available for purchase. We hope you can all attend and look forward to seeing you all for a few drinks.
5th Lynmouth Festival of Martial & Complimentry Arts
26th, 27th, 28th March 2010 will see the 5th annual Lynmouth martial arts seminar down in Devon, hosted by Sensei Jo Biggs of Sacred Spring. The event will feature over 18 workshops spanning the weekend including: Judo, Kung Fu, Wing Chun, Mixed Arts, Yoga, Reiki, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Kempo, Escrima, Karate, Tai Chi Chuan, Meditation, Healing Arts.

Martial Arts Classes
Please visit our Schools and Classes page to find out full details about which martial arts classes will suit your training needs. We have classes available in Tiger Claw Kung Fu and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan in Hertfordshire (Herts) UK. All instructors are fully CRB checked and appointed First Aiders.
