FIRST LESSON IS FREE

At Guan Yu we pride ourselves on teaching traditional values and the atmosphere in our schools are second to none. There are normally up to three coaches on hand at each class and we are opening new classes all the time to accommodate new students.

If you are interested in learning any of the martial art disciplines taught at the International Academy of Martial Arts, then please contact us to arrange to come along to one of our scheduled classes to see for yourself if we are offering what you are looking for. If you like what you see and decide you would like to train with us, you can come along for your first training session FREE.

Our Yang Tai Chi Chuan classes cover all aspects of the traditional art and we like to encourage the students to learn the Martial Art aspect of Tai Chi Chuan but this is not a compulsory requirement. If it is purely health and self satisfaction you are after, then we will steer you in the right direction.

Private Tuition

At Guan Yu International Academy of Martial Arts, we can arrange private tuition for those individuals that are interested in gaining the advanced benefits from one-on-one personal training or would like to concerntrate their training towards a specific discipline taught at our academy. Maybe your busy schedule doesn't fit in with any of our scheduled classes listed below, but you'd still like to study with us, then why not enquire about private tuition.

This class teaches all the traditional principles of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan as taught to Bob Fermor by Master Deng er Qian of Shanghai. 85 Forms, Short Form, Broad Sword, Straight Sword, Pushing Hands (Tui Sau) and Da-Lu.
